Welcome to the Playroom at Supreme Health and Fitness!
Our playroom is designed to encourage children to engage in FUN, safe play with other children and independently. Our staff is committed to providing your child with quality care while you work on becoming a stronger and healthier you!

Thinking about a membership with Supreme Health and Fitness? The playroom is a FREE service to our members with a 2-hour maximum stay per day. Stop by during playroom hours to meet our staff and take a look around. We are always happy to answer any questions and can provide you with a copy of our Playroom Policies and Procedures.
