Most trainers specialize in one or more areas and have designed specialized group training classes around these areas.

FLEXIBLE FITNESS

This hour long class focuses on balance, flexibility, cardio work, core strength, posture, and fun. If you're coming back from an injury or just wanting small group attention, this class is for you. WOMEN ON WEIGHTS

A higher level weight lifting group designed to help women of all fitness levels gain comfort in the weight room. These trainings are focused on developing not only external, but internal strength and confidence. LOG ROLLING

At Madison Log Rolling we focus on a fun environment for children (and adults!) to step out of their comfort zone and try something new.
